MARK ISKANDER
Mark, age 11, was gifted in math and science. If you had the great joy of enjoying a conversation with Mark, there was likely mention of reptiles or ice hockey -- two passions he championed proudly. Mark was faithful and never forgot to remember his friends and family in his prayers. We know his prayers continue for them in heaven. He had an unmatched sense of humor and shared his charisma with his brother, Jacob.
JACOB ISKANDER
Jacob, age 8, never shied away from adventure and excitement! Jacob loved running track because it allowed him to showcase his speed, his strength, and his sportsmanship. Jacob was a great friend to all who were blessed enough to call him a pal. He was devoted to both learning and memorizing the word of God, and he spread it to everyone he met through his actions and infectious smile.
Mark and Jacob are missed each and every day, but the tremendous pain of their absence is being used for a greater purpose. The boys aspired to greatness, not for themselves, but to glorify God and help the world around them.
